Senior Managing Director – Investments

Nathaniel “Nate” J. Rose is Senior Managing Director – Investments of HASI. Since joining HASI in 2000, Mr. Rose has held numerous senior positions, including Co-Chief Investment Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Rose has played a pivotal role in structuring, analyzing, and executing a broad range of transactions that have contributed to the company’s growth in managed assets.

Mr. Rose received a joint Bachelor of Science degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and has also passed the CPA examination..
