Steven L. Chuslo

Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

Steven “Steve” L. Chuslo is Chief Legal Officer of HASI. Mr. Chuslo, who has served in his current capacity since 2008, is responsible for governance support to the Board of Directors and management and oversight of the company’s legal resources in the investment and portfolio management activities. He has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of securities, commercial finance and energy development, U.S. federal regulation, and project finance.

Mr. Chuslo received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
