Katherine McGregor Dent

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Katherine “Kate” McGregor Dent is Chief Human Resources Officer of HASI. She is responsible for culture, strategy, and organizational development. Ms. Dent has been with HASI and its predecessor company since 2002. She served as Deputy General Counsel from 2003 to April 2020 and played a key role in structuring, developing, negotiating, and closing several billion dollars of transactions.

Ms. Dent received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Niagara University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
